At the Rademaker Technology Center (RTC) in Culemborg, the Netherlands, there is a fully equipped, climate-controlled bakery with separate areas for dough mixing, processing, and baking. A key feature of the test bakery is a comprehensive pilot line capable of handling virtually any type of bakery product — including puff pastry, Danish pastries, croissants, various types of bread, cakes, crackers, pies, and pizzas.
